P Lawyer provides technology-based legal assistance, including contract generation, lawyer connection systems, chatbot consultations, and BNPL (installment payment) services. We do not engage in legal practice, and legal advice is provided only by licensed third-party lawyers.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use services without violating laws
• Maintain the confidentiality of login information
• Do not misuse AI tools or impersonate others

4. Use of Legal Content

All legal documents and chatbot responses are based on open templates or prepared by licensed lawyers. Our services do not make final decisions, and responsibility lies with the user.

5. Payments and Refunds

• Paid services are non-refundable (except in special cases)
• BNPL services are subject to separate contract terms

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, text, legal templates, and AI outputs on the platform are the property of P Lawyer or its licensors. Unauthorized copying or use is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

P Lawyer does not guarantee legal outcomes. We are not responsible for decisions based on chatbot responses or auto-generated contracts. Our services are tools and do not replace lawyers.

8. User Restrictions

We reserve the right to limit or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in illegal activities.

9. Changes to Terms

Updated versions will take effect upon posting on www.plawyer.mn. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia. Disputes will be resolved in Mongolian courts.
